Grass Fire Stampede Chili
- 1 pound hamburger
- 3 28oz cans of tomato products (sauce, diced, crushed)
- 3 cans chili beans (undrained)
- 1 can dark red kidney beans (drained)
- 1 can black beans (drained)
- 1 pkg frozen corn
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 medium orange or yellow bell pepper
- 1 large yellow onion
- 6-8 cloves garlic
- 2 pkgs whole baby button mushrooms
- 1 large green bell pepper2 sliced jalapenios
- lemon/lime juice
- Chili powder & cumin to spice
Brown hamburger in separate pan. Combine all ingredients in large stock pot. Cook on medium heat until heated throughout stirring occasionally. Serve with your choice of toppings (shredded cheddar cheese, Fritos corn chips, sour cream, etc.) |
